How far does your network extend?? I was sitting with a client in the food industry last week and we sat down to do a quick brainstorm session of who we know and how could we contact them to help us grow the business. In other words a “who do you know who” might help.
Within 15 minutes we had discovered 2 relatively famous people who we not only knew but had been customers in the past and who lived in the area!! Wow, what a resource to tap into. We dropped a note in the letterbox of one and will be calling the second this week.
Who are the people you know, who know you and would be willing to endorse your company, refer friends, write about you, would lend a hand if asked??? A quick brainstorm session with friends and family might just dig up a few nuggets.
